“Hey y'all. I've been shopping for parts for my '79 vw transporter and had trouble finding the adjustable push rod tubes I wanted. After a couple days searching, I landed on Heritage Parts Centre. They had exactly what I needed and they responded rapidly. I recieved parts before the week was out. I can tell you from experience that their customer service and quality parts are top notch! Hi James, sorry to hear this. We've checked your order and something for you to bear in mind for future is that you seem to have used the wrong website to place your order on this occasion. You are based in the UK and somehow you have ordered through the EU website not the UK website. Do check the flag in the top right hand side of the home page, this denotes which nationality the website is intended to serve. Also, it shows the stock levels of our EU warehouse not the UK one where your order will be sent from. We have one of the parts on your order ready to go, but the second one will be available on one week. “Initially went well with other parts then a seemingly compatible part turns out not to be. Awful customer services waiting forever for an answer not helped by a 4 day weekend and waiting longer than 24 minutes so far for phone to be answered. Poor effort all round really”
