“Ho ordinato un finestrino laterale per Vw t6 non mi e mai arrivato perché è stato rotto durante il trasposto, ho provato più volte a scrivere mail e chiamare senza ricevere risposta o comunque una soluzione al problema. Per fortuna avevo fatto il pagamento tramite Pay pal e aprendo una controversia ho ricevuto il rimborso, ringrazio Pay Pal del servizio estremamente serio e veloce. Heritage servizio assistenza veramente pessimo.”

“Part ordered was fine. Postage was the problem. Overseas postage cost over $30 for the size of a spark plug. Took nearly three weeks to arrive. Poor communications from Heritage parts. What happened to using DHL for overseas orders which arrived within a few days. Will be looking elsewhere now for my spare parts after spending thousands of dollars with your mob.”
