“Hallo, ich habe eine Bestellung getätigt, die sich als nicht passend erwiesen hat, obwohl es in der Beschreibung hätte passen sollen. Abschließend habe ich das Bauteil zurückgeschickt und musste noch Retourengebühren bezahlen, obwohl ich schon bei der Bestellung Portogebühren bezahlt hatte.
