Ordered my panels waited at least 4 weeks with no contact then when I did ring I was told the panel I was waiting on and needed to pay for was in the day before! Not very good when I need to crack on with my project

I have always received good service from VW Heritage when purchasing. Records should show how much I have spent. Recently I sent email regarding alloys I purchased and a problem I am having with them. I have sent 2 emails an no reply has been sent to me. I am disappointed that VW Heritage only seem interested when it involves me providing payment details.

I placed my order on 11th May and have still not received any goods (today is 5th July) despite being charged for part of the order. I find this service appalling and would like to know when my order will arrive and how you intend to rectify this. I noticed that since I placed my order you sent me a 10% off email - perhaps you could take this off the order as a gesture of goodwill?

Hi Mr Hazzard, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately at the time of your order, not all the parts you ordered were in stock. As a result, we put the order on backorder so we could send out everything once it was all in stock and so you could make the most of our free delivery option without facing any additional postage charges for getting your order out. We always try to keep customers notified of delays to orders although at the end of the day we are reliant on the supplier and when we receive the parts from them. Unfortunately our 10% offer was for orders over £100 but as a gesture of good will, we will change your account to include a club discount for all future orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I ordered my parts in April it's now nearly July and still haven't got anything ????

Hi Nigel, Thank you for your review. We apologise for the delay in getting your order out and the time scale involved. Unfortunately we are reliant on the supplier and getting the necessary parts in stock in this instance. We have now dispatched your order which left us via Royal Mail 1st Class on Friday 26th June and should arrive with you in the next few days. Please do let us know if you don't receive your order.

The right hand wing mirror is terrible it was broken after 10 minutes of fitting on motorway. Useless. Stop selling such low quality weve had 4 in 2 years.

Thanks for the review and apologies for the problems encountered. Sadly these T25 Mirrors are only available as reproduction parts as the Genuine version is now obsolete. We do our best to find the best alternative available to us, these will however carry a standard one year warranty.

my item did not arrive, I emailed and was told "it's arrived and has friday and on it's way to me"! but it arrived with all the paperwork dated monday!! It was not the truth

Hi Stephen, Thank you for the review and our apologies for your experience. Our sales team always try to provide the most accurate information at the time of contact however we do sometimes experience delays in the warehouse that can cause the dispatch of an order to be delayed. We are always working to try and dispatch orders within the quickest time-scale possible as we understand how crucial parts can be for a project or everyday vehicle.

Ordered a pair chrome light headlight rims and paid. Waited a week they didnt arrive. No contact at all. Rang to see where they were and was told you only had 1 in stock and you wouldnt be getting any more in for a month. Guy on phone couldnt care less.

Sorry if we fell short in this instance. Looks like the filler cap is now in stock and your order will be on its way to you this week. Initially you should have had an option on the website for us to send what we have in stock or send the whole order when you originally placed the order. If that was not the case, please let us know so we can look into that.

ordered T2 ball joint boots, recieved T1 ones with T1 part number. When phoned was disputed that they were the same part!!! Correct ones were said to be out of stock. sent back via number supplied. Refunded after deduction for the expedited postage that I paid so £4.17 out of pocket. order 46557 WEB270315349641-E 27/03/15 Jane Bundy

Hi Sorry to hear you haven’t received your part yet? Looking into this for you, your order left us on Wednesday 1st April with our courier DPD and delivered next day as requested. Your tracking number is 15504565205873S. DPD has given us confirmation the order was delivered on Thursday 2nd April at 11:37 and was signed for by ODOWD T.

Item bought. T2 Z bed hinges. Slow delivery Poor quality instructions, fitting kit missing and whilst I was promised one would be sent out it never arrived. Ended up buying what I needed from a local hardware store. I had a query about the installation and 2 of the parts that weren't listed or mentioned in the instructions, no one at VW Heritage had any knowledge of the item I had been sold, were supposed to get back to me a number of times but never did. Not the 1st time I have had poor service from this company. Will I use them again? Probably not.

I have owned my '67 Beetle since 1992 and have intermittently purchased parts from what is now called 'VW' Heritage since then. In the main I have been content with my purchases. but on this occasion I really am not. I needed a new single port inlet manifold and ordered one from VW Heritage, the item arrived had scuffed paintwork and was an appalling fit. So poor was this item I actually gave up trying to fit it and instead purchased a genuine used item off an auction website. Really, I would like my money back (fat chance, me thinks).

I ordered stock items on a Wednesday, using ordinary postage. When the items hadn't arrived by the following Monday, I called to see where the items were, the person on the phone said that they hadn't even been despatched, but would be despatched that day. As this was too late for my needs I told the VW Heritage person, to cancel the order,as this would save VW Heritage the cost of shipping something that I would have to return . The person on the phone said although the package hadn't even left VW Heritage, it was too late to cancel and the delivery couldn't be stopped. To cap it all, when I returned the order, VW Heritage have not refunded the return postage (as VW Heritage make the sender pay for the cost of returning goods. To sum up, I had very poor service, and it cost me £5 in the process!!

Hi James, Just looking into this for you, your order was placed on Friday 22nd May which fell over a weekend and resulted in the order not being dispatched until the following week. The free carriage option is a 2 – 3 day service. We do however offer a next day guaranteed service for £5.

Having asked for a refund for an unwanted item, two months later, yes two months later, it has still not been collected and I have not received a refund. No doubt if I demanded a storage fee, VW Heritage would not entertain it.

Ordered a splitscreen windscreen wiper arm, the fixing bolt was not long enough, i complained and was told you would send me the correct size bolt, ive heard nothing since.........that is what is known as utter rubbish service coupled with poor quality parts. Regards Carl James

Ordered a part Wednesday afternoon in good time for a weekend delivery. You know, when most people work on their cars. Was in stock but didn't ship until Friday afternoon. By that time it had been sent to arrive Monday at my parents workshop. No good to me I had to have them posted back to my home in London at my own expense and fit them in the street with cars whizzing by.

Hi Paul, Thanks for your review. The free carriage option you took is a 2 – 3 working day service. We do have a guaranteed next day service which is a £5 delivery charge for mainland UK. We don’t necessarily need to deliver to billing addresses and can deliver to alternative addresses if required.
