“Your website and answer phone message your shop was open Saturday morning.But after driving down to you finding this was not the case a bit annoying So I had to wait and buy online. Luckily the parts turned up quickly.”

“I like using Heritage and have recommended them to many, but however over the last 12 months my shipping has gone from a 4-5 day turn around to a 12-14 day turn around and it's a nightmare. I've missed a bank holiday weekend using my Golf because of this and the excuses just don't seem to add up. not happy with the SHIPPING but really like Heritage.”

“Spares were delivered correctly and promptly to Australia. Only issue was that they were small parts and delivered in a box around 200mm X 100mm X 75mm. Surely shipping could be reduced if a small padded bag and mail was used? Also carbon footprint for this shipping could be reduced if not price. My shipping was A$30.”

“very good quality wheels. I would highly recommend some sort of lip edge protection for shipping. putting 2 wheels in a box makes the 2 rub together, rubbing the paint off the wheel lips. 4 stars only because of paint condition.”

“Love that you have parts that I need. I do have concerns about not being able to get answers to my emails. If you didn't get them that's another question. The US site wasn't any better. I was left with no answers either way. It took quite a while to receive order. Thank You”

“The back-order situation remains unclear to me. I had an e-mail saying that an item was now in stock and did I still want it..yes I said. .GOOD. But, it said they'd send me an e-mail to add payment from Paypal, which never appeared. NOT GOOD. I wasn't using Paypal anyway for that original order! Then I spent a while on CHAT on the Heritage web site with Ben, who did his best to clarify what was happening, but was inconclusive. An hour after that a packet arrived by post with the part inside. VERY GOOD. But, obviously the whole process was surrounded by some uncertainty! I have 3 other items on another back-order...let's hope they turn-up ASAP with clarity about payments, delivery and no confusion...”
