“Hello I wish to inform you that the package you sent me arrived damaged during transport. I accepted the package with reserve and fortunately the right rear wheel arch was only slightly damaged in the under wheel part and not visible from the outside. I would ask if possible on the next shipment to use a stiffer board to avoid such accidents. Everything is ok for the rest. thank you Fassina Luigi”

“I needed some original wheel arch liner screws, washers and plugs to mount some rare OEM mudflaps for my rare 1983 Mk2 Scirocco. VW heritage had exactly what I wanted. The only downside they only had two washers instead of the 8 I needed hence the good, not V good. Not a problem really. Quick and efficient service.”

“The shop itself is great, shipped the item very fast (international shipping too). But the product itself (radio antenna for VW T4) is of a very low quality and it broke on installation. I was able to extract the good parts and use them with my old antenna, so it sort of works.”
