Sorry to hear this Nick. I can see that DPD had some issues getting the delivery correct on this and your order was returned to us, sorry about that. of course id buy from the heritage centre again, but with caution, I followed advice from one of your staff members recently paid a large price for an item that was wrong, only finding out during the complex fitting, it took ten weeks to arrive as warned, but the communications to tell me it was in was woefull. next time I'll shop with you with more caution and less trust.

Hi David Sorry to hear this. Do reach out to our CS team pre-purchase via help@heritagepartscentre.com if you are in doubt about lead times in future. However, I will say that stock arrival dates can and do change due to supply chain issues; we always strive to give accurate information but these dates can move due to circumstances beyond our control.

Very strange your customer survey ask a how I communicated with Heritage and includes “telephone” as an answer???? Would recommend you back telephone support to actually be able to provide customer service!

Hi, sorry for my late reply. Item delivered on time, no boxed items just plastic bags in a packet. The plastic bag holding the wiper arms was open (torn open) at one end (a returned item?) The passenger side arm has paint finish damage to the blade connector end (photo not brilliant) which I guess will corrode in no time, black wipers and black coach work make it stand out. Shame, i realise this item is not OEM, but for £125 I would expect them to arrive undamaged. Over to you. Thanks. Alan

Data base has improved so most items can be found . Postage is reasonable. However it is a pity that you have got rid of a real person to talk to .

It has been impossible to communicate with someone in real time. Why dont you publish your telepnoe number on your website or emails? The time it has taken your warehouse to ship the item was excessive and trying to get help with a claim to Royal Mail after my item was sitting with them for almost 10 days was useless. Honestly its a shame that your customer and handling services arent better...

Hi Jaled, sorry to hear this. We are unable to influence Royal Mail waiting times but we have fed this back to our warehouse staff and will do better next time. Real time communication is difficult when you operate a UK based team and are dealing with customers in multiple time zones, so for reasons of time and speed we operate online only.
