“El envío correcto, pero compré un recambio por referencia y me enviaron otro que no tiene nada que ver y me dicen que está sustituto por el que me enviaron, sin avisar antes de que lo enviaran, por lo demás la atención muy correcta y rápida”

Hi Rob, according to our records we dispatched your order the day after you placed it. UPS attempted delivery the first time on 17th Nov, 5 days after you placed your order and no one was home to receive. I can see that it has now been delivered.
