Hi Dave Sorry to hear this, I have looked into this and one of my colleagues replied on 5th Feb@13:54 with fitting advice, perhaps your email server thought it was spam? The next communication I can see is your returns request.

“Fast delivery and efficient. Accuracy details of parts are excellent, easy to understand. But some of engine for Golf Mk1 are not available. I’m looking for crankshafts, engine bearings, pistons and conrod bearings.”

“El producto bueno, el plazo de entrega malo, el currier malisimo. DHL parcel no entrega, no es posible contactar con ellos. De haber sabido que la entrega era por DHL parcel no lo hubiese comprado, es mas mientras el currier sea este no voy a comprar nada mas. Saludos”

“Very good overall have been shopping with you guys for ages and have spent thousands of dollars and is always super quick and extremly fast delivery But upon receiving my previous order on one of my bumpers there's a crack in the plastic on the corner I haven't had the time to have a thorough look at the other parts yet but very disappointed I thought it may have been through delivery but had a look at the boxes and the thick film around the corners of the bumpers and they were all fine no damage, and its a weird place for it to have cracked if it was dropped ill link photos below Thank you heritage team you guys are all amazing”

“The system of only ordering online I find extremely problematic, it was better and much quicker with a call to be honest I will only use heritage again if I am desperate and can not find the parts elsewhere Also some parts out of stock I am still waiting on weeks later really really poor service”

“I recently ordered a set of pistons and cylinder sleeves and rings for a Volkswagen engine. The shipment arrived on time, and the quality of the parts was extremely high. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size parts and the return shipping costs was too high for me to justify returning them, but that was entirely my fault and no reflection on Heritage Parts. I am altogether satisfied with my experience with this company”
