“unfortunately the part I ordered ( side bolster including fabric golf gti ) was not exactly the same as the original so I could not use it ; I had to order somewhere else the right fabric”

“The product ordered wasn’t a match the fault of my car restorer who advised on which part to order. The email ordering process was not very intuitive but got there in the end.A phone call would have helped greatly. Staff member helpful and did his best.”

“Website made ordering easy. There was a choice of the item I needed and once I placed the order the delivery was super fast. Great communication was provided about the expecte delivery etc. Item was just as described and is already on the car.”

“The biggest issue I have is you are very slow to ship orders compared to for example custom and commercial. I place an order with them anytime before close of play and they ship it same day / evening with confirmation email and courier details APC and I get the parts the next day and shipping cost to me is cheaper than you guys. So summary you are slow service and expensive shipping in my opinion.”
