“I recently bought some replacement headlights for my T4 VW, and although unfortunately we were unable to fit them, Rob Baxter and team at Heritage Parts, suggested several ways to overcome the problem. They went the extra mile to fix this....so I wouldn't hesitate using Heritage Parts again!”

“As I was ordering from NZL your online shopping was unable to calculate the frieght content and I had cause to ring your customer service. The call was taken very quickly and the knowledge the call centre staffer had was very impressive. He quickly confirmed I was ordeing the correct parts and while on the line completed the process with the parts being delivered within 6 days, that included Aussie day and the weekend. I can't get Commodore parts from Aussie that quick, last time took over 2 weeks. Keep up the good work.”
