Hi David, sorry to hear this. We have looked into your order and apologise for any confusion, we do still list put of stock products as available to buy on our website so that customers can be assured that however long the lead time, the part will be sent to them as soon as it is back in stock.

“Ordering is easy and efficient. Returns is not so easy, need to put in your account number which does not appear to be visible on web site when signed in or any invoices?? Of course you could try to call but they have tech support who finish at midday and no other obvious number to call. Such a shame for what was a great company to deal with.”

Hi James, thank you for feeding back here. Other than the phone line, our team are online from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to help. If you check your original invoice that is emailed to you the account number is at the top on the right hand side column. Reach out to our team via help@heritagepartscentre.com and they will send you a screenshot to help in future.

“The pump arrived promptly and worked fine. The original would fail intermittently and was hard to understand until I put full voltage on it. I prefered to deal with the human who worked there, simple parts are often hard to find and sets of related parts practically impossible. E.G. I wish to replace coil overs with standard suspension. I don't know exactly what I need, so how do I find it?”

“Sent wrong parts and told me I was wrong . Evidently the guy in the dealing with mr knows more than Landrover !! These two parts are identical according the the expert at heritage”
