“T4 gearbox linkage bush and balls: Received my spares kit promptly and got the parts fitted and the gear linkage is working well now. The parts seemed good quality so hopefully I won't have to do that job again for a while as it's not the easiest!”

“Purchased door handles do not work to lock the car. Opening the door is fine with the handles, but the locking mechanism in the handle does NOT reach the mechanism in the door so you are unable to lock it.”

“Heritage parts centre it’s very reliable shop. If ever a problem they solve it. The problem is with the quality of the parts they selling and the availability of it. They know some parts are dog poo but selling them anyway. Our garage is based in Bulgaria. We have to use two couriers to get cheaper delivery. By the time we receive all parts it’s too late for exchange or return when there is quality issues.”

“Nearly always have what I need quick delivery although I have had to other suppliers when heritage say not in stock sometimes 10 weeks but will still use them”

“Awful, the item arrived broken (but useable). They have offered 15 percent refund. They take ages to get back to you and aren’t flexible. I need the lid replacing as that’s what came broken, they won’t. They want to replace the whole thing but I took it away and used it thinking the lid would be an easy replace. Avoid”

Hi Gabby, sorry to hear this. I have checked and as we had no replacement stock to send you, all our team could do was offer some refund to go towards the transit damage. Very sorry for your experience on this occasion.

“I was made aware that the item I ordered was a special order and may take up to 6 weeks to arrive which I did not mind as it is so difficult to source OEM parts for my beloved MK3 VW Golf GTI . I was kept fully updated re this part throughought the whole delivery process. When the part did arrive it was thankfully extrtemely well packaged . I have dealt with this trusted company many times over the years and have always found them both helpful and a pleasure to do business with and I will continue to make further purchases as they remain a number one source of obtaining parts for my car which are becoming extremely ever more difficult to find over the past few years. A big thank you to everyone at VW Heritage Parts . I have additionally already left a 5* review on Trustpilot to which I recieved a pleasant response from Heritage Parts. Best wishes Ian”
