“Wont be using again due to Cannot speak to anyone on the phone and poor customer service I ordered 1 hose instead of 2, realised straight away and tried to get in contact. The ONLY way to do this is via email and when you send an email it can take up to 24hrs for a response! Someone did respond and advised me that I could not change the quantity but I could have the order cancelled and I could re-order it with the correct amount, and that I needed to respond to confirm that I would like to go ahead with canceling it - which I did. Within the 10 minutes it took for my response to go through the email system - the order had been shipped and the person I was emailing had gone home for the day at 4:10pm. The only solution now which was offered is to wait for the part to arrive and then send it back in the post (which was provided as a free return) which meant a trip to the post office. WHAT A WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME! being as the order only totalled £14, needless to say I will not be using Heritage parts again”

“Had an issue with one for the parts I ordered, after a few emails to try and resolve the issue Heritage asked for it to be returned to be tested. I sent the item back and team looked into the issue I had an researched the wrong diagrams and solved the issue. Turns out it wasn't faulty after all and just a misunderstanding of how it worked. Very happy with the service and explanation I received and now have the part back ready to fit.”

“I ordered a new petrol pump for my Corrado VR6 Storm as it refused to start. The pump arrived promptly and was an exact replacement for the faulty pump. Unfortunately the original housing in the Corrado for the petrol pump had suffered over the 30 years of being submerged in petrol and was brittle and literally falling apart in my hands. Consequently I had to source an original whole unit at great expense. Heritage never quibbled and the pump was returned for a full refund including cost of postage. I'll be returning to heritage when the next veritable failure occurs which will probably be soon!”

“the parts i ordered were reasonably priced ,my only complaints are ,the company they use to ship the parts has no real way of tracking the delivery ,which was a real pain ,also contacting heritage parts is useless ,you fill out a webform and they get back to you(after a day) ...no real contact numbers for immediate assistance ,so my takeaways from this are ,yes the parts are good and priced reasonabley ,the support is woeful and needs addressed”

“I've ordered these , main bearing sets std/std/std for 25/30 hp engines. I have paid them, but the information of back order and when do I get them was a little bit bad. On monday I asked information about the bearings when will I get them and got an answer that they look to be made in Germany”
