“Not the cheapest for parts but I know I'm getting a product guaranteed & with easy return policy & fast delivery. My only criticism is that you can't just simply phone & enquire about a product.”

“when I waited 17 weeks for the door sides, they were so badly packed and the whole box was broken, luckily none of the door sides were damaged so it went well in the end”

“Never again, I purchased a part and then realised needed another, on the same day. I emailed customer service and was told they would refund me the extra charge for the 2 different deliveries. After I purchased I was then emailed again saying sorry they would not allow it! Absolute rubbish to be honest. The fact that they promised me something just so I can make an order.”

Hi there Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction here. We do cover this point in our T&Cs, we cannot usually add to orders once placed. I have reviewed the email traffic on this matter and our team did not promise to do this for you, they mentioned that it was not possible due to the request being past the cut off time for amendment. I am sorry for your experience but we cannot add to orders once placed.

“The service was very good and prompt , The part that I ordered was quite difficult to fit and in the end I had to resort to bodging it because their was no way it was going to fit , which was a bit disappointing as it was quite expensive, but at the end of the day it’s on the van and it looks ok ,But don’t worry as I can’t fault the service it’s just the part wasn’t quite right”
