The parts we ordered from them have been the correct ones so far, we usually try to get the better quality ones when possible, my only complaint is the delivery company they use, as they take so long to deliver some times when using the free delivery option, thankfully they dont use (Evry) If we order next day we get them quicker. Overall they have the right parts and can deliver them.

On the whole my experience is not really the greatest. Do I expect to much, I almost don’t think I do. My line of work, if I’m asked to deliver something and I can’t do it, I tell the customer instantly. If something happens along the way to getting to them, well I tell them right away. If I can’t do all the stuff at the same time. You guessed it, I tell them and work with them. If that means going multiple times I do it, or Becuase I was straight with them right from the off, there usually work something to suit both party’s in a fair and genuine way. So when I order something from big company’s, ideally I’d like them to play ball with me. I don’t expect to chase for refunds, I don’t expect to be left hanging for 6 months waiting for parts that was not out of stock when I purchased it. Part way through that time, other items that was missing came back in stock. For them not to be sent at that point I don’t expect the few exchanges of emails for fundamentals of my requests to be totally ignored. Perhaps maybe I expected them to read what I wrote. Totally unfair on me to think that I guess How ever, I thought as you guys have emailed me asking to review my experience with you. Like you have some moral high ground over the way I’ve been dealt with and expect me to behave in a better manner, then I better oblige. After all VW HERITAGE have the monopoly on me, given they have so many parts that are very difficult to source. So my review is pointless Becuase the next time they have parts I can’t source else where. The behaviour I’ve received in the past. Well I just have to run the gauntlet again. In hope just maybe the next time my experience is better than the last. I would say if you would like to call me here’s my number to discuss these matter more. But I’d be wasting my time again. You have it multiple times in exchanges of emails. That really felt like the closest generic email response, you copied and forwarded for the sake a random reply’s at times. Tho I should add, they have once got my order right. Only when I purchased a bolt off your eBay store, which some how was over £1 cheaper with post, then if I’d of purchased direct from the website, so that was a positive experience.

I can see our operatives replying and keeping you informed as to what was admittedly a frustrating situation with stock lead times, we are sorry about that. If you have had any other email streams through another email address, please let me know so I can review these emails. I can only apologise for a small minority of items having long lead times. We are constantly monitoring our supply chain for better partners, but I sure you'll appreciate and you do refer, in your review, to the parts becoming more difficult to source - during those lead times our team are behind the scenes trying to find alternative suppliers to fulfil our promise to deliver when we say we will. Leider wurden nicht alle bestellten und bezahlten Artikel geliefert. Die Aufkleber, die geliefert wurden, waren qualitativ in Ordnung.

Parts showed up and fit perfectly. My only suggestion, use stronger box and tape. You can see wear the tape failed during delivery and thankfully everything was still in the box when it was retaped. Other than that, part was perfect! The other sits on a shelf in case we have issues down the line. Figured for price of shipping it was better to have two. I could have gotten "free" shipping but I was not spending another almost $200 to get it when I only needed $50 of parts so I paid the $50 in shipping because it was cheaper than the "free" shipping offer you all had.

Sorry to say that the business with your company and the communication was not good. You did not communicate the real cost of your service. Such as any and all shipping cost before selling the product. Shipping and duty cost almost the same as the product. Will not order any more from you and will inform other vw customers.

Hi Mark, we are sorry about this. We cannot control the customs levies imposed by the US government and do state that orders are subject to duties and handling costs.

Vergognoso è dir poco. Siamo al quindicesimo giorno e della spedizione non si sa nulla. Parliamo di un pezzo di ricambio grosso come due monete da 2€. La vera vergogna è aver chiesto 17 € di spedizione. L'assistenza ti manda un tracking immobile da 5 gg. Neanche una scusa via mail Prima e ultima volta, mai più
