“The experience of dealing with the parts centre was very good. But they were very badly let down by their delivery service. I needed the part in a hurry. Paid a reasonable amount for next day delivery before 12. When did the courier try to deliver it to my garage business? 7.30 pm. Part finally arrived days later (weekend in the middle). Terrible service from a supposed reliable courier. Change your courier immediately or stop offering next day delivery.”

“Like most companies, they are present with strengths and weaknesses. My relationship with Heritage will survive minor set backs and they will continue to take my money and serve my needs without great concern over me as an individual. They have stock and access to parts that others simple do not, so for this reason they will continue to be on my list. Thus said the companies ethis over quantity versus quality arguments have all been resolved. Prices are fair on the majority of lines. Technical and customer support are approachable and response times are reasonable but not invested which again follows a calculated approach.”

“Brought the h4 loom upgrade kit about a month ago and just got round to fitting it and the difference is huge fitted to a 1980 t25 that did have the terrible 40/45w bulbs.”

“The window kit for my front doors on my kombi all arrived in great time . Hard kit to fit but we got it in the end thanks for all the communication every step of the way 👍😊. The only bad comment was that the box was open when it arrived and I was a bit panicked that there was something missing”
