“Die Stoßstangen sind schlecht verarbeitet. Einige schräge Bohrungen. Zudem musste ich einige Gewinde nachschneiden. Hatte extra nicht die billigste Stoßstange genommen, wurde aber enttäuscht. Die Oberflächen sind allerdings sauber gearbeitet.”

“Heritage deserve more than 5 stars. The parts I ordered arrived on time and when I had a ferment issue the replacement parts arrived next day. Comms via email isn’t usually my preferred way to deal with returns and issues but the team make it work excellently. Thank you”

Hi Alex, we are sorry for the delay in supply. Having checked through the email history I can see that you ordered a part with a four week lead time but then delays with the courier meant you had to wait longer then we would expect. We are sorry about that.
