Hi Edward, sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I have reviewed our email records and I can see one of our team answered your technical question to the best of their ability initially and then asked for further information. The information you required initially was not contained in the information our supplier gave us, which they told you and tried to find the information from the web for you. If you'd like to reach back out to us we will look into this further for you - perhaps you could provide the calibrated photographic evidence you referred to in the email to help our guys.

“Buenas tardes, les solicité una pieza que no encontré en la casa oficial de Volkswagen, incluso me dijeron que la tenían fuera de stock, ante tal alarmante respuesta, comencé a buscar por referencia en la web, y todo empezó a salir bien, a los pocos días recibí la pieza en mi domicilio, y pude reparar la avería.
