“Very grateful that Heritage had the part I needed. They were the only source I was able to find for a fuel level sending unit for my Mk1 Caddy. I was able to find it because of a recomendation on Facebook. Difficult to find on thier website.”

“Heritage was the only supplier I could find with stock of this part, so take what you want from that info. Delivery was a bit slow but I put that down to the time of year and covid staff shortages.”

“The shop is great but the website is infuriating! writing 'delivered in 14 days' is misleading and very annoying, it seems to mean delivered in 14 days to heritage which could be any time to the customer. I'd much rather deal with a shop that sends all the stuff together and just let me know it's going to be a few weeks or whatever timescale rather than getting my order in dribs and drabs. All that being said however the customer service staff were excellent to deal with and the guy (Josh) found my second order somehow after no tracking was provided. Overall I do recommend Heritage to people, I just tell them to be prepared to wait.”

“Ordered between Christmas and New Year. The bulk of the order arrived quickly, with a couple of items delayed. Due to the timing of the order I think it's fair. The items were shipped from Germany to Ireland.”

“Website, delivery etc very good. The product ( Mk 2 Golf side repeaters ) was below quality standard for what I was hoping. I’ve given them away and bought branded Hella versions instead.”
