Always a quality service but these mirrors for my T25 are shocking, they distort and magnify the view to a point that is very un-natural. they will be coming off this weekend and i will put up with the originals.

Das Kofferraumblech wurde zum Versand geknickt damit es in ein Packet passt , super Aktion, da hätte ich auch n verbogenes vom Schrottplatz holen können. Absolut unprofessioneler Versand!

I was charged with VAT despite the fact that I reside in Turkey. I sent a message inquiring this but neither received a reply nor refund. I'm a loyal customer but this is the first time that I encounter such an issue. Kind regards, Tunc Lokmanhekim

Thanks for taking the time to review. I can see VAT was charged on one of your orders as it was being sent to an address in the UK. if goods are being sent direct to non EU countries, VAT would not be charged.

The postage is still an issue with me, too slow for wot you pay for ! Get some lessons from Machine 7. I don't order from Heritage if I can help it and that's just because if the slow postage.

Ordered vw beetle bumpers - one of the bumpers had dents in it. I phoned and emailed vw heritage and also phoned back to check they had received my email - they confirmed they had. After over a week I phoned back to be told that they had received a lot of phone calls and that they were busy - no communication for over a week - this is diabolical especially given the cost of these bumpers!! Vw heritage did say they had tried to call - my phone had no missed calls or messages. They also said they tried to email but I had received nothing. They redeemed themselves slightly when they swapped my part the following day by courier.

Was not happy with the parts received. I ordered the rear chassis mounting bolts/sleeves etc for my classic beetle. The rubbers were not an ideal shape nor did the sleeve fit making the job twice as hard. Ended up drilling the hole bigger to make the part usable.

Firstly i was told the product i ordered was not in stock, then when you found it was in stock, the postage took over 2 weeks. The whole reason i ordered with VWH was because i heard about fast postage.

Having to wait a full week from ordering the part had to go to my local car parts shop to have a brake pipe made up, not good enough you could blame royal mail suppose

I bought 2 headlights for my early bay. Its simply the worse wiality I have ever received. It took 6 hours in my machine shop the modify them, and I only used parts of them. An amateur would never be able to modify them sp they cpould be mounted at the car. Sorry. Steen

The quality of the product was not very high. The guy spraying it for me says there are pits all over the metal work. The day it arrived I emailed to complain that it looked buckled and that due to that the top splitter window section that I ordered with it didt match up! We are making it work but it is dissapointing....I didn't ever get a reply to my email.

YOUR DELIVERY PRICING IS VERY MISLEADING. ALL PAGES SAY FREE DELIVERY OVER £35.00, HOME PAGE, ITEM DETAIL PAGE AND BASKET, IT IS NOT UNTIL YOU GET TO THE PAYMENT PAGE THAT YOU FIND IT IS EXTRA FOR LARGER ITEMS. I UNDERSTAND IT IS IN THE SMALL PRINT ON THE DELIVERY DETAILS PAGE, WHICH IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOOKED IN.

Thanks for taking the time to review. You opted for the Free Shipping which is a 2-3 day service. If goods are needed rapidly, we do obviously have other options under a paid service.

The package was sent with DHL and they claimed me 22.50 in duty and import taxes, I know we have to pay duty when we import goods from an amount above 30$ (which is far above the amount I pay for my bill), I asked DHL and they told me it was duty fee and import fee they're charging me and that I had no choice to pay and if I don't they'll intend legal proceeding to get their money... I paid but be sure that'll be the last time we're doing business together. Next time, if a Customer is from an other country use Postal service, it may be take longer to receive the package but they don't make you pay twice (yeah, really twice) for the package... good luck

I'm afraid due to the size of the parcel, we wouldn't have been able to send the consignment via Air Mail and we do our best to send parcels via the most economical way available. Sadly, VW Heritage have no way of calculating possible duty and import taxes that could be appropriate for each individual country, this is obviously the customers responsibility. The majority of customers prefer to have a tracked service, rather than the non tracked and uninsured Air Mail option.

I had been given a voucher at vw festival to use and when I applied it ,it declined it's use. I was expecting a 10% discount and free delivery and it didn't happen!

Seems to me that your search facility in the website has gone backwards over the last 18 months which is the last time I used it. A search for t2 wiper blades gives me all known wiper blades ! Do you actually test the website on real people? I think you should
