“Hallo Heritage, bis jetzt habe ich weder Informationen zur Lieferung, noch ist die Lieferung bei mir eingegegangen. Lediglich eine DPD mail dass sich die Lieferung verschiebt und gleichzeitig aber nicht zustellbar ist, was Quatsch ist und auch die Abstellgenehmigung freigegeben ist. Also noch nicht so zufrieden.....kann noch kommen wenn die Stoßstangen da sind 8-) Gruß Ralf”

“I'm not sure as a trader (Volksgoods) you have started asking for feedback? I guess 80% of the parts are to replace our local stock, the other 20% ordered for a specific task. Yes the service from VW Heritage is generally very good to outstanding. If and when we do have an issue with a part purchased from you it is resolved even if there is a 'time elapsed' situation since purchase.”

“Heritage VW parts are one of my go to companies for my Splitscreen VW. I bought and fitted a 123 ignition distributor for a friend's Spltscreen VW. I was so impressed with it, that I bought another one for my bus. The price from Heritage VW was the best around and they always deliver quickly. It's 5 stars from me. Thanks.”

“Very easy transaction, quick delivery. The aftermarket T5 rear lamp unit was easy to install although the lens seems to protrude very slightly beyond the panel. Despite this I would probably buy again if I needed to.”

“Your service is great, delivered quickly and the correct part, sadly the part itself only lasted the journey from garage to home, in fact I’d didn’t even last that long! You can see from the photo the part failed completely. Mechanic had to come to my house to fix new parts costing me money. I’m not best pleased.”
