“Placed order on May 6th. It is now May 26 still no shipping update or tracking number provided even though I enquired two times through contact us. Also waiting for a shipping update for another order that had 1 item on back order. Back order item back in stock. Hope it doesn’t sell out before they complete my order. No reply on contact us for an update. Unless my current orders are resolved I will not be ordering from heritage in the future.”
