Hi Mike, I can see that our team notified you on the 1st October via email that there was a part out of stock on your order and the lead time was 3/4 weeks. Do check your junk or spam folders if you haven't seen this. However, I am glad to see that the item has now been dispatched to you and is on its way.

“Online order okay I note that there is no facilty to phone to make and order which was much better when you are trying to identify an unusaul part. Seems like a backward step to me as the staff on the phone used to be very knowlegable and helpful.”
