“I bought two spare parts for my Volkswagen Golf MK1 Cabriolet, spending a total of €91.59. The two parts never arrived because the company didn't include the shipping label in the package. As a result, the shipping company they use returned the parts without prior notice. Ultimately, I received a refund of €51.66 out of a total of €91.59 due to Heritage's mismanagement. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience.”

Hi Manuel, I am sorry to hear this. I have investigated and can see our team sent you an email at order confirmation stage letting you know the lead time and another email when the order was returned to us due to being refused. You have not replied to any of our emails. The refund amount was for the goods on your order and not the delivery cost as per our terms of business on orders delivered but refused by customers.

Hi Eddy, we are sorry to hear your disappointment. I can see that my colleague has apologized for the courier losing your initial order and explained that the replacement does take at least 10 working days to reach South Africa from the UK.

“ordered a fan switch for a type 4 it arrived when they said it would but on fixing it to the housing the control knob did not reach the switch. emailed you and explained you asked for pictures but how can you show this problem with a picture. so you said send it back. i contacted by phone another vw firm who said it was modifierd and needed the different knob. they sent it and arrived the next day. this i think was better sorted being able to talk to someone to explain the problem. Perhaps when customers have problems with your parts you could call them to sort it out instead of just send it back”

“Be upfront about all costs before a person places an order. $185 in shipping costs to get hounded by the shipping for another $85 before the purchase is delivered. If I had known I would have shipped placing an order with this company. I will never shop here again!”
