“Ordering from Heritage is quite a frustrating experience. I live in Sweden and according to Hertiages website I can order and the products will be delivered via Germany. Additionally, they state they offer Klarna as a payment method and delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks. My experience has not been good. Firstly the calculation method incorporating the taxation and delivery is not very clear. Once past this in the payment process you find Klarna does not work. I use this is Sweden for other sites however, Heritage advertises this but it has never worked. Once the order is placed you receive confirmation and then the order drops into a black hole. You receive no information until two to three weeks later when the product is ready to ship from Germany. You then receive a tracking number for one postal company but you cannot find your delivery! A few days later you receive a notification from another postal company that they will deliver your package. Contacting Heritage customer service you receive email statements of "our website states 2-3 weeks delivery" no update as to where your delivery is. After I contacted them when my first order was invisible/delayed I was offered a discount code for 10% off my next purchase. When I placed my second order I attempted to use this but it did not work. Needless to say any good faith was lost with me. My second order disappeared into a similar delivery black hole. When it finally arrived it was not the advertised part. Similar part but different manufacturer to that on the website, not the one I ordered or wanted. I received an apology and a full refund however, lasting damage has been done. I dont understand how this supplier can not provide the quality level of service that is common for most online car parts sellers in our current internet sales landscape. My advice is be cautious ordering from this supplier and definately find an alternative source if you are in need of products quickly. A wholly dissatisfied customer.”

“part is supposed to kit the pre-drilled holes in the dashboard, but it doesnt and the quality of the item isnt great - very flimsy plastic and i will need to be very careful that it doesnt break when i eventually figure out how i am going to drill new holes so close to the windscreen.”
