“I ordered spare part in June. It was never found. In August I gave up and tried another way and asked for the partnumber, which I was given (thats why 2 stars) and found it elsewhere and got it in one week, but then suddenly, you found it. It looked like you didnt do anything until I asked for the partnumber.”

“I purchased a rear window screen with defogger for my 1973 Karmann Ghia. Installation was not achievable because the window did fit and was too small at the upper left and right corners. I used a window seal from West Coast Metric which fit beautifully. However, there were gaps and noted in two places which the seal counld not span. When massaging the seal towards the window center there was a gap between the seal and the car. When pushing toward the car, there was a gap between the glass and the seal. One of the metal contacts was partially lifting as well. I was forced to install the stock glass which fit well with the West Coast Metric seal. However, the defogger doesn't work which was the point of replacement. I am out about $500.00 due to window cost, California sales tax, shipping coast and duty. One star rating but is acutall a zero because the part could not be used. I would not recommend this part to anyone. However, I have recieved other parts from Heritage that were acceptable, hence the middle of the road recommendation. By the way, this is the third reivew for the part. I will keep slamming the part when I get the chance. Also, I have reached to the Heritage support team describing my ordeal and have recieved no response. Actually, due to this fact, I would not recommend Heritage to anyone and have changed my rarting from 5 to 0. Cheers!”

“Ordered a cover for my 1965 Bedford CA Dormobile and, although the cover ordered was for a VW T2 camper, it fits my camper like a glove. Great quality product, good price (around £90 cheaper than another company I’ve used before) and super fast delivery.”
