“The rubber pedal sleaves were split and the paper protecting adhesive for the inner cab items was partially torn rendering the items useless. Delivery was slow compaired to other suppliers. Replacement parts ordered from JK. Delivery was next day.”

Hi Paul, sorry to hear this feedback, I note that you haven't contacted our customer service team to report this issue? We would have looked into the issues regarding quality and replaced or refunded if you had contacted us. I also looked into your order history and can see that you ordered on 19th July at 9:46pm (past our 4pm cut off time for same day processing), processed on 20th July and dispatched on 22nd July on the standard shipping service, arriving on the 23rd July?
