“Heritage have been fantastic so far with all previous orders. However. Placed order & needed to remove some items that we later found. Requested confirmation that this was done. But no confirmation that they were. Also requested confirmation that items ordered were the correct ones. As description of goods on website wasn’t very clear. Item’s were dispatched, but would have appreciated notification so that we could add To order to save on freight as we are on the other side of the world. Our only complaint is that there was no return communication.”

“I’ve always used heritage parts centre for all parts for my classic Volkswagen. They always provide a very fast service with large good being delivered in under 24 hours. Reasonably priced but high quality can almost always find what I need with VW heritage, great business, great service, GREAT OVERALL!”

“Tardaron en enviarlo, la empresa Heritage Parts rellenaron mi dirección de forma incorrecta, DHL me hizo ir a 40 minutos de mi casa a recogerlo después de más de 7 llamadas al servicio de atención al cliente. No volveré a comprar, 16€ de envío y un servicio pésimo y lento, evitad esta compañía. Me siento bastante engañado con todo para una primera experiencia pésima.”
