“Buenas tardes, les solicité una pieza que no encontré en la casa oficial de Volkswagen, incluso me dijeron que la tenían fuera de stock, ante tal alarmante respuesta, comencé a buscar por referencia en la web, y todo empezó a salir bien, a los pocos días recibí la pieza en mi domicilio, y pude reparar la avería. Buenos profesionales. Muy recomendables.”

“Buenas tardes .Cuando he mirado la disponibilidad del regulador de presión de combustible y el filtro aparecía que estaban en stock . Yea haber hecho el pago recibo la notificación de que alguno de los productos no está en stock por lo que habrá una demora en lla entrega . Confirmen por favor si es así . Además tampoco se me ha ofrecido ningún código descuento ni siquiera por registrarme . Saludos !”

“Heritage have been fantastic so far with all previous orders. However. Placed order & needed to remove some items that we later found. Requested confirmation that this was done. But no confirmation that they were. Also requested confirmation that items ordered were the correct ones. As description of goods on website wasn’t very clear. Item’s were dispatched, but would have appreciated notification so that we could add To order to save on freight as we are on the other side of the world. Our only complaint is that there was no return communication.”
