“One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The parts still haven't arrived, and even after your customer service claimed that the delay was the shipping company's fault, I have not received any further updates or communication. The level of customer service you have provided has been extremely disappointing. I will certainly not be using your services again.”

Hi Joao, I have reviewed our email coms with you regarding this. I apologize for any misunderstanding here, but your order was sent in two parts and we have replied to your messages and kept you informed throughout the process. At no point in any of the emails I have read did we blame any delays on shipping, as there weren't any. We simply infored you that you had not noticed one of the items was on back order and would follow in a separate dispatch. We then gave you tracking for that dispatch and checked and confirmed it had arrived for you.
