“Disappointing. I've used VW Heritage since the late 1990s due to their high quality parts selection, knowledge and customer service. However, my recent experiences with them have been disappointing...missed parts from order and a complete lack of communication. A decision has been made by them to remove telephone customer and replace this with online/virtual support. My experience of this is that response are very slow and require multiple requests from the customer to resolve issues. Sadly, they seem to have become another, of many, faceless online retailers, with nothing to differentiate them from the rest.”

“Little bit pricey, but most LR series parts are to be fair. Only place I could really get a new overdrive coupling gear and bearing and it works really well. Seriously quick dispatch and delivery. Nice to have a place to get old LR parts.”

“I was very pleased with my order for body parts needed to repair my 2002 VW Eurovan. Heritage obtained one part from Denmark and another from Poland and then sent them to me in the US. Very efficient service and the parts were reasonably priced. I am very pleased.”

“Was advised the wrong exhaust parts for my AAC T4, ordered replacement correct parts and paid for next day delivery, received the correct parts 4 days, still trying to get the incorrect parts collected for return, 3 weeks and almost daily correspondence via email only, very dissatisfied with the whole experience, lets see how much longer i have to wait for the refund for the incorrectly advised parts”
