“Bis heute nichts erhalten. Warum zeigt man die Lieferzeit nicht beim bestellen an und bekommt danach erst eine Mail, natürlich nachdem man im Voraus bezahlen muss. Hätte dann nicht bestellt. Lieferbar 2-3 Werktage Stand in der Anzeige. Ätzend.”

“I am not sure that the part is the correct one because it looks so different but, it might just be a new and improved design. I was disappointed that there was not an hard copy of instructions for installing included in package. I’m taking the Van and Brackets into a Certified VW mechanic and see if they know how to put them on.”

“With their policy of not issuing refunds for 10 working days (2 weeks) after a return is received, they are going to lose business. It’s not 1985, refunds should be done within a day or 2 of receipt, not sitting on peoples money. Won’t use them again because of this”
