“I have already written and submitted a review. The conclusion was that the part ordered appeared to be of high quality and was good value. At the other extreme the customer service was inadequate. The robot chat line went into a loop and served no purpose, it was impossible to speak to a real live person and the fact that I have now been asked twice to submmit a review indicates the frustration of dealing with this form of 'customer service'. Given this situation, subject to alternative suppliers, I might be a customer again. Gordon Summers.”

“Great parts and speedy shipping, but an update at the 3 week mark of ordering ‘special’ parts would be greatly appreciated. Especially when u hold back the other items in the order. (im at four weeks and there has been no communication) Thank you for what u guys do, have a great day.”
