“Schlechter Support Für eine Anfrage wurde über 4 Wochen rum gemacht, dabei habe ich bei der 1. E-Mail alle Fakten sauber mit aufgeführt Der Support antwortet zwar innerhalb 24 Stunden aber nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine Lösung Versteht stellenweise kein deutsch und antwortet oft in Englisch Schlechte Qualität Auf der Innenseite der Lautsprecherabdeckungen sind die Glasfasern zu sehen. Wenn man die Teile anfasst, lösen sich die Glasfasern Nicht passgenau - An den Lautsprecherabdeckungen sind zu klein, es fehlen oben, Links + Rechts, jeweils 10 mm ! - An den beiden Lautsprecherabdeckungen sind die Flächen an der A-Säule nicht eben, sondern rund nach hinten gewölbt -> So lassen sich die Lautsprecherabdeckungen nicht eben anschrauben ! Die gelieferten Lautsprecherabdeckungen entsprechen nicht den Bildern !”

“The parts I ordered where delivered quickly and effectively packaged. Unfortunately for me I ordered incorrectly, but I was impressed with the way that returns were accepted and quickly sorted. I did have to pay for the return cost, but as I had ordered the incorrect part I have no issues with that.”

“Recently ordered a pair of rear driveshafts for my 2015 freelander 2 after a local garage damaged the original shafts while replacing the differential unit. The service from heritage was excellent. They replied very quickly to an enquiry regarding parts compatability and they delivered the new driveshafts in a very timely manner. The new shafts are now on the car, absolutely no issues with fitment and would recommend heritage to anyone looking for parts, good service and fair pricing.”
