“Was advised the wrong exhaust parts for my AAC T4, ordered replacement correct parts and paid for next day delivery, received the correct parts 4 days, still trying to get the incorrect parts collected for return, 3 weeks and almost daily correspondence via email only, very dissatisfied with the whole experience, lets see how much longer i have to wait for the refund for the incorrectly advised parts”

“I’m disappointed having to pay excessive costs with the wrong part coming from UK. I had to pay $200 to have the extra 3’ long odometer cable modified instead of returning the part. HPC listed the part would fit my 88 Scirocco, once I saw the part was incorrect it caused the dilemma of costs just to return it to UK and time to do so. Unfortunately I cannot risk the aforementioned again. It’s not uncommon to make a mistake but living in the US and a foreign company listing a part that didn’t fit my vehicle seems after the fact intricately misleading!”

“Hi there I've now had the panels fitted on my car a little bit ov tinkering with them to get them to fit and get the gaps sorted out and they are all good and now prepped and primed and soon will have them painted them thanks car is ready for a full repaint soon and thank you again for your time and effort will buy from you again cheers mate”

“Usually everything I have ordered has been top quality OEM but please stop selling cheap Chinese knock offs, the light lenses for example are shockingly bad, even the replacements you sent, but I guess you get what you pay for, but you being a heritage center do expect better quality.”
