“Well for starters shipping costs me $80. When the parts got to me they looked like they had been stomped on and drowned. One of the parts was not in a bag and looked like it had been used. Now the glass company putting in the windows have busted front and back of my customers original windows and are claiming the rubber seals are to big. My customer is not happy for all the problems and having to pay so much for your product.”

“Above average but more of a muddle. In past I have purchased large panels with no delivery problems, this time buying Baja engine bars, the delivery costs were amended after online purchase. I was happy enough to contribute to costs but then I had to chase those order as it slipped through the cracks. Bulky items do that. Now I am reconsidering my next purchase which would have been a roll cage. In my own workshop I often absorb my own incorrect costings, perhaps I'm the fool.”
