“Communication was nonexistent for a very long delay in shipping. Just missed a Discount special and email to see if they honor that and they would not even though quite sizable order. Shipping I found to be very expensive compared to competitors. Truly got the overall impression that they really were indifferent to getting my business and do not need it.”

“One of the lights was cracked when I got it, not broken all the way through, but has a hairline crack all the way through. Can’t take a photo because I’m offshore working. Can’t email you the picture when I get back. Would like a replacement.”

“Not a full set of rings as described on page . I have contacted you guys but you say it’s a full set of ring but it is not . Nobody returns message or calls me as asked . Really bad service .
