“3 parts were delivered after several weeks delay due to backordering. When parts finally arrived 2 out of 3 were correct. An incorrect seal kit was delivered despite correct part being clearly ordered. I'm still waiting on the replacement, the internal communication shared with me wasnt too clear but it seemer to infer a replacement would be sent but as I was just in cc; its not clear if and when it may be sent.”
