When I bought the clutch kit, you put the wrong part in it and I’ve ended up spending more money to resolve the problem. This was due to the fact that I was time-limited.

I buy VW Jetta mk2 rear wheel arch and rear wring Gourmet which never received and rear wheel arch which I received broken serval emails send to them no response with the matter even I ask them returns my money no response before buying plz be aware they shake my trust on VW heritage

Custom's duty. Went to pay and DHL site was corrupted and was unable to pay the $1.95 amount due and gave up after several try's. Found the clips at bus depot with no hassle

I order the party and pay immediately but you only put the part to shipping after 15 days. I didn’t receive the part yet. Your site inform the part is in US but is not. The part is in UK.

It seems to be automated put my ref in found the part as per bot for three items, when they arrived two did not fit the vehicle and it cost me £9 to return them overall not a great service .

I brought 2 itsms the same by mistake on a weekend ten minutes after I brought them I emailed to say I'd brought an extra one by mistake. And not to send the extra one out. This was ignored as Monday I Tuesday when we come back from new year I got aN email at 9.24 said parcel had been dispatched and there nothing I can do other than return it. The problem is its floor for a mk2 golf it will cost me over £30 to return . So I was very annoyed at the response and lack of help I got .

Hi Steven I am sorry for your experience, my colleagues replied to you as soon as we returned from the Christmas holiday period but the order had already cleared warehouse. You placed your order on the Sunday and Monday was a bank holiday but we replied as soon as we could on the Tuesday, I am sorry we couldn't help further.

delivery was late DH site was corrupted duty fee was charged not able to pau the amall duty fee so I just left it in the duty shop and got my clips elsewhere/
