Venditore non affidabile da lasciare perdere . Ordinato la calotta Bosch per sapere qualcosa dell'articolo dopo varie richieste , ho dovuto intervenire tramite PayPal , mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto aspettare dalle quattro alle sei settimane per l'articolo , ok . Dopo una settimana mi arriva una calotta Beru , informo PayPal del disguido che a me non andava bene e dopo tante sollecitazioni per avere una etichetta per rendere l'articolo non confome alla descrizione ho dovuto rimetterci di tasca mia euro 19,35 . Lo sconsiglio vivamente ci ho perso dietro tanto tempo e nervoso per una loro mancanza di rispetto .

Nearest I can tell add didn't say anything about weather or not there was a cruse control on switch, and I don't know if it will really work

There is nothing wrong with the part, but if I had know how I would be treated over being sent the wrong part in my last order I wouldn’t have bought this part from heritage, I won’t buy any thing else from heritage ever again, there are plenty other Vw supplies who will appreciate my business with my new projects.

Hi Chris I'm sorry to hear your feedback, I can see that your original order contained out of stock or back ordered parts and my colleague has emailed you to update you on their due dates. I can also see that the return for the parts you ordered in error has been actioned, I am sorry if you find the process a bit clunky but I'm sure you appreciate that we need to record returned items incorrectly ordered on to our system so we can refund. I have been a frequent customer for many years. I was wrongly sent a part for a RH drive vehicle instead of a LH drive vehicle. The order was made over the phone. The item was part of a large order and wasn’t needed straight away as I had my bay window in pieces. The time came to fit the part and it will not fit, I contacted heritage to be told they couldn’t do anything about it, too much time had lapsed. I wouldn’t buy another item from this company and I need a lot more for another project vehicle; I’m sure there will be plenty more companies who will take my Buisness.

Hi Grahame I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I have looked through your order history and the email trails and as my colleague said, we have no note of an order from you for a heater control cable. We have not taken telephone orders since September last year and even so, they would have been booked in through our system so would be traceable. I have emailed you to try and resolve this situation.

I liked heratige parts centre until you was not able to talk to some one over the phone so mow i found a company you can talk to about parts over the phone and place a order but still use heratige if i have to, sorry but thats thr truth,lost a bit of buisness there

hi i am still waiting for 2 floor pans and a rear seat pan they didnt say they were out of stock and how long it would take to get in and then just sent a parcel shelf on its own ,i need the lot in one shipment for the welder and i would need to know when it will be ready .......? i am rstoring a full car and this is only the start of it and its a headace alredy thanks merlin

Hi Merlin Sorry to hear of your disappointment, I can see that the order has been fulfilled now and my colleagues have been advising you on lead times. The website does state when a product is out of stock at both product view, check out and again on order confirmation email stages. I understand it is frustrating when you have a project waiting for work to be carried out, but we would always recommend only to book workshop time when you know the parts are in stock and have a delivery date.

This is the wrong part. It is for a 1987 VWgolf/ Jetta. I have sent a lot of emails to Heritage to try and get the correct outer scraper metal trims for my 1991 VW Golf - TXI 6238 - wvwzzz1GZmW280564. on the rear and front left doors, but can’t get them. I got an email from Rob Baxter on the 21st of February @ 9.57 saying that they have become extinct for years. Your staff have been very helpful, but I can’t get through on the phone to ask will you be able to source them for me at some stage. Leider mussten wir alles bezahlen und bekamen nicht alles zugestellt. Die zweite Bestellung wurde nie zugestellt. Da wurde der fehlende Artikel von der 1. Bestellung zugestellt (gleicher Artikel) unter der falschen Bestellnummer. Sehr schade. Betrifft doch 258,43€. Ist viel Geld.

I was sent the wrong part , tried to contact this company for replacement with no response. Was told in recent feed back that they had responded & to check my spam emails account, did that & nothing received from them i any of my mail box. Also completed & mailed a refund form to which I have received nothing back. Please remove me from your company’s mailing list you can keep my money I have thrown your part in the bid as no use to me. If I could give 0 stars out of 5 I would have.

Hi Stuart I am sorry to hear your feedback. I have investigated this and can see an email from my colleague advising you that you ordered a part for a T5 transporter, not a Jetta as you state your vehicle to be in your email. If you want to return the item for refund you are still entitled to, but I cannot find any emails from you requesting a return.

I ordered 2 items online which were on a 6 week delay... fair enough, we have waited 6 or more weeks and received an email to say they are being shipped. There is no phone number to ring and I have now sent 3 emails of which only one has been answered to say they will investigate. I have always raved about VW Heritage but after this experience I will think again!

Hi Paul Sorry to hear this. I can see that we emailed you on 3rd Feb to confirm your order and say it was ready for collection. A slight delay to your follow up email has occurred as my colleagues were checking to see if had been kept for you or booked back into stock as it had been so long since our order confirmation email and had not been collected (if no collection within two weeks we usually refund customers who have not collected their orders). However, I am happy to say that it is still there and ready to collect, and have confirmed this via email to you.

Wrong part send & when I tried to contact for replacement was advised to email as they do not take incoming calls. No response from email which is over 2 weeks from time of writing this review. I ended up going to a dealer who had the part o the day for same price excluding the £5 delivery charge. Avoid this seller
