Hi Win I am very sorry to hear of your experience. I can see that my colleagues have been in contact with you about this and offered an alternative quality product and also refund. I am sorry that this part was not up to scratch, we have taken steps to ensure this is investigated.

They offer "Saturday delivery" on their website, at a cost of £18.95, but have no note on the delivery page saying that this is ONLY for orders on Friday received before 4pm, otherwise your order will be sent out the NEXT WORKING DAY. I had had wanted it delivered on TUESDAY, I could have paid only £9 for Next Day Delivery, or £14.94 for Next Day Delivery before 12. Heritage no longer has ANY TELEPHONE CONTACT, with contact only via emai or webform with up to 24 hours delay. Formerly a great company to deal with, but no longer.

Hi there Sorry for your experience, but as we said in our communications with you, all express orders have a cut off time. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday cannot be fulfilled on a Saturday and this information in on our website.

Once again ,I've already sent a review. Poor quality of product.You should not supply a part that is not fit for purpose. You should not supply a part that is dangerous if fitted to a motor vehicle.

Hi there Sorry for your experience with this order. I can see that you asked the status of your order on 11th August and we notified you of one part that was out of stock when you placed your order and gave a timeframe for re-stock. I am glad to say the part is in our warehouse and your order will be completed within the next 2-3 working days.

Really poor quality part and basically unusable - the end of the coil is too fat to fit the kinglead so pretty much useless - £50 wasted with this company and despite what the website says, no useful way to contact them to sort it out.

Absolutely rubbish, one part i ordered was sent in an over sized box that was broken and unsecure so the part wasn't in the box went it arrived. My next order was sent with the wrong items and I was told that they were actually correct when clearly they weren't, A company that has no regard for its customers. I will only shop at Just Kampers from now on...

Hi there I am sorry to hear that the order arrived with damaged packaging that meant the part was lost, I can see that my colleagues have sent a replacement for the part you ordered. We also replied letting you know the correct part for your purpose, as there looks to have been some confusion at point of initial order.

Bought some led running lights for a 04 gto only cuz when I type in Rideskinz style 1 led running lights it shoots me to this website. So order them , I received them with no instructions to install just product in a box. The screws don’t even fit through the black bracket. To top it off , my original led DRL lights are 12” long and these are 9 1/2. Just trash! Worst place I’ve ever shopped never again nor will I recommend.

Der kleine Aufkleber ließ sich nur extrem schwer von der Trägerfolie lösen. Papierreste mussten mühevoll einzeln entfernt werden. Man hätte den Aufkleber als Brief mit einem Porto von 85 Cent verschicken können. Berechnet wurden aber über 7(!) Euro, das ist Wucher. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden.

Pedí varias cosas que me llegaban en dos paquetes, un paquete me llego sin problemas y cuando dijeron, el otro paquete lo devolvieron a cuando puse la reclamacion lo volvieron a enviare rapidamente, pero ayer en el reparto de dhl ponia direccion insuficiente, llame para saber que estaba pasando con mi paquete ya que el anterior ha llegado perfectamente y puse una reclamacion, me dijeron que llamarían y todavía no se que esta pasando con mi paquete.

Hi Thomas Sorry to hear this, your order confirmation email would have stated those mirrors were out of stock when you ordered and also should have given you a timeframe for re-stock. We are expecting more stock in the next 2-3 weeks and will send them to you ASAP once they are delivered to us. Wrong part sent. Ordered a full gasket set, received a single rocker cover gasket. Part no.s were completely different. No care in parts picking or double checking. Wont order from heritage again.
