Hi Ric Please do reach out to us via help@heritagepartscentre.com. The order you reference (and your account) only show one order for Halogen bulbs, not brake pedal rubbers.

I have ordered from heritage on several occasions with no problem because of the excellent sales team on the other end of the phone... Now has to be done online it is not the enjoyable experience any more. Dont have anything else to say apart from very poor.

Very disappointed paid for farts delivery that didn’t happen went to fit panels one had been pressed wrongly 10mm on a swage line so looks awful no contact number only email very slow contact now put me way behind on a job

I'm shocked to travel all the way to Shoreham to find our you've closed your shop. Surely a high percentage of your customers value skilled face to face sales advice. Or is this just a sign of the times that there is a fundamental lack of knowledge in training staff in effective selling skills.

Hi Michael Sorry to hear you had a wasted journey, our website does say our shop has closed. Sadly, after COVID there was a huge downturn in demand for the shop and we found that customers received faster and more accurate advice online.

I purchase a fuse for a gti mki, after long waiting because even you did announce the oart was in stock, it was not, finally I recieved the woring part many day a go and I have file a complaint and a refond, but to this day no answer from you. Worse experience ever with heritage. Felipe Moreno

Will not used you again when things go wrong no number to call and only email with in five working days this is no good for me

Hi Jason, I am sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied. I have reviewed all our online communications with you and can see that we have replied to all messages within the same day. I am sorry that the phone line is not available, from research we found that our online responses were faster and more accurate for our customers and also customers were not kept on hold waiting for operatives to be free.

Parts damaged and missing /broken parts Had 1 email asking for picture proof, sent picture and have had no reply since to see whether ill be receiving a new part etc, customer service shocking

Only had half my order.Then waited for two weeks . Received a message to say ,it will be 2 months before I’ll get my rest off order.went to eBay got next delivery and cheaper
