You sent a mix of differing valve guide tubes - I raised a Jira ticket - no reply I have several issue with other orders, you fail to reply, have no phone number - awefull service

I purchase a fuse for a gti mki, after long waiting because even you did announce the oart was in stock, it was not, finally I recieved the woring part many day a go and I have file a complaint and a refond, but to this day no answer from you. Worse experience ever with heritage. Felipe Moreno

Will not used you again when things go wrong no number to call and only email with in five working days this is no good for me

Hi Jason, I am sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied. I have reviewed all our online communications with you and can see that we have replied to all messages within the same day. I am sorry that the phone line is not available, from research we found that our online responses were faster and more accurate for our customers and also customers were not kept on hold waiting for operatives to be free.

Parts damaged and missing /broken parts Had 1 email asking for picture proof, sent picture and have had no reply since to see whether ill be receiving a new part etc, customer service shocking

Only had half my order.Then waited for two weeks . Received a message to say ,it will be 2 months before I’ll get my rest off order.went to eBay got next delivery and cheaper

Venditore non affidabile da lasciare perdere . Ordinato la calotta Bosch per sapere qualcosa dell'articolo dopo varie richieste , ho dovuto intervenire tramite PayPal , mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto aspettare dalle quattro alle sei settimane per l'articolo , ok . Dopo una settimana mi arriva una calotta Beru , informo PayPal del disguido che a me non andava bene e dopo tante sollecitazioni per avere una etichetta per rendere l'articolo non confome alla descrizione ho dovuto rimetterci di tasca mia euro 19,35 . Lo sconsiglio vivamente ci ho perso dietro tanto tempo e nervoso per una loro mancanza di rispetto .

There is nothing wrong with the part, but if I had know how I would be treated over being sent the wrong part in my last order I wouldn’t have bought this part from heritage, I won’t buy any thing else from heritage ever again, there are plenty other Vw supplies who will appreciate my business with my new projects.
