Hi Michael Sorry to hear of your frustration. I have reviewed the email trail on your order and can see that both my colleagues explained that the exhaust you ordered was not meant for a stock '69 Beetle. The website description they copied for you further demonstrated this. We regularly check through our customer reviews for any improvements that can be made in website descriptions and I'm sorry but this product was described accurately. I am however, sorry for your experience.

I've ordered parts on 29th June its now 3rd July and they still haven't arrived, I've emailed you today to get an update you still haven't replied. I ordered similar parts from Just Kampers as you were out of stock all that I needed on 29th July, I received parts from Just Kampers on 1st Jul by standard post. I am still awaiting gaskets ordered 4 weeks ago still no update.

The material they claimed to be for auto upholstery was absolute garbage. I was unable to use it and a waste of time and money

Delivery was very quick but unfortunately you sent the wrong part for my van so we had to buy it from our local car parts shop in the end

I over ordered and and emailed straight away so as to reduce it. But I never heard anything back. Bring back the telephone as a line of communication.

Fuel pump is excellent and good price but express delivery was a joke and after 3 weeks I am still waiting for promised refund from Heritage

The parts have failed to arrive after nearly 3weeks and I have had to buy them from elsewhere.

The part has failed to arrive nearly 3weeks after ordering. I have contacted customer support and they are slow to respond and just blame the delivery company. It has been a complete nightmare and I now have a problem customer that needed an exhaust fitted.

I was appalled when I received the package - it was ripped , some of the wood damaged , all bags inside where torn, screws were flying loosely in the box and about a third of the screws where missing - will have to get in contact with them to sort it out and send the missing parts - then we will see
