The item advertised was what I wanted. The item sent was completely different to that which I was expecting. I was then told by the online customer support ( you can no-longer speak to a person) that the listing may have been misleading. No offer of a replacement. Just the feeling that I was wrong for having believed the photographs. I now have to return the part for a refund and source the correct parts elsewhere. No at all happy.

Absurd. "Import duty" (gotta love the and/or.. wow) amounted to $23! more than the price of the part! Absolutely ridicuIous. No other auto parts supplier I use does this, and I use many in the US. How can I write a review if I haven't received the part yet? When I tracked it I found out that it has been in customs in Germany from the 7th November. Please do something or refund me

Great to receive a review request BEFORE I ACTUALLY RECEIVED MY DELIVERY . The cost for delivery was absolutely ridiculous. The part is tiny and it took forever to leave the factory. The website is deceiving making you think it actually is an Australian company then with further research advertising it delivers faster than Australian companies. Waiting 9 weeks now for delivery at the highest cost. NEVER AGAIN. If this part arrives I’ll faint!

I can see that my customer service colleagues mentioned to you the item you ordered was a special order item that we order direct from manufacturers and these items take a little longer. Very poor customer service. They used DPD for delivery, I received multiple text messages, changing delivery date and time. Each time I followed the tracking, and the driver quit within 15 mins of delivery, claiming he missed me. No help from Heritage Parts. I waited ages, lost the customer, and now have expensive parts gathering dust on the shelf. They had the nerve to offer me 10% off my next order. As if I would ever use this company again. Now the morons hound me to leave a review. Not one brain cell in the whole operation.

Hi Nathan I am sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with DPD. I know our customer service team immediately called them on your behalf to resolve this issue and get your order to you after receiving an email from you overnight alerting them to the issue. I can only apologize for our service delivery partners; on occasion, couriers do let us down and we always try to help when this occurs, hence the team offering you a discount as an apology for the courier error.

Hi there I am sorry for your experience, our team usually reply to emails within a 2-3 hour timeframe in UK business hours. I am sorry if they have not kept to this, but please note that in dealing with refunds we have to liaise with our payment suppliers to process, so this can make the response time a little slower.
