Products were fine, up to standard however the Saturday delivery was non existent. The paperwork had been altered prior to dispatch crossing out the Saturday delivery that I paid for as I needed the parts urgently. Parts arrived on the following Thursday, after complaining had a refund, it wasn’t the money it was that I chose you as you offered Saturday delivery ??

We still have not received the part!! We started a dispute and have not heard back as of yet. Please look into this immediately. I would greatly appreciate it. We placed TWO orders. We have not received either one.

Did not recieve the part. You shipped it somewhere other than the shipping address given. Took several days to get a response from your email only contact system. I went to the credit card company and filed a disputed charge claim. I don't know if that had anything to do with you finally replying. I did get a refund, however it was for less than the original charge (exchange rate I am assuming) but I am tired of dealing with you so I wont challange it. Will not be dealing with you in the future even if you are the only place on earth that has the part, as was the case with the A piller section with the nut plate

Shipment no. #WEBXU160423000050558. No sign of my door seals being delivered as yet. Was talking to Geraldine at Heritahe and she did seem to get things sorted at DHL…but no delivery as yet Joseph Rice Ireland

The set was not delivered completely. I wrote many emails and got answers but without a solution of the problem. No money back, no delivery of the missing parts. It’s about a Front & Rear Mudflap complete set for my VW T3 Syncro

Unfortunately, I can not rate anything, as I've yet to receive anything , upon enquiries was informed that it's still in the NETHERLANDS being checked for damages. I expected at least 7-10 days for delivery , but this is beyond a joke Its been 21days and as result , the Panel Shop dealing with my project has now put my project on hold until the windows arrive before they can continue. No communication from DPD , and really disapointed as this was my first experience with Heritage parts , had I known this would be the level of service i would have just purchased it locally at an extorted price , but at least Id have had my parts.

Ordered the item witch was listed as "in stock" after 14 days i got in contact with coustumer service and got told that the item i ordered was not in stock and it must have been a website error ended up waiting over a month to recive the item... Could not use the car in the mean time, very frustrating
