“No physical person to talk to making some orders more time consuming than necessary. Always seems to be a shortage with a lot of parts on back order with no time frame on when they will be available again...”

“Did the job, not quite the same as original in terms of quality, but then we can't move back to the 1970's. Instuctions were confusing, so ditched them for common sense. Probably over-priced, but then what isn't. What a glowing review. It will always be better to either provide superior products at a premium or products that no one else does that work.”

“I ordered some parts for my vehicle T4. Some parts weren’t available but would be sent when back in stock. The original parts turned up which was great but it was ages until the other parts arrived and no communication as to what was happening or when they might be in. I had just gone into town to get the other parts as I needed to get on with the work when I got a message to say the parts are on the way.”

“The part arrived in good shape but something happened to the box on the way to me in the USA. Either the box was completely destroyed by DHL and re-wrapped by them or Heritage did the worst job I have ever seen wrapping a part, in this case, a body part about 4 feet long and two feet wide.”

“I used the virtual helpline and outlined what I needed. Unfortunately, the part was not a correct fit. I've had to make do with what I have as it appears no one manufactures this part anymore.”

“Not the cheapest when it comes to postage costs and you need to wait at least a week to receive your parts. Other than that, they are okay and parts seem to fit”
