“I try not to use Heritage any more as i prefer to speak with an expert when ordering parts to make sure i have the correct items. Heritage parts loss is "Just Kampers" gain”

“hi still waiting on parts .....? it was not syed that they were not in stock and would take a few months to come in and there is no phone number to ring”

“First half of my order arrived perfect and in great time but when the last parts of my order arrived 1 piece was broken and nobody while contact me about this even though I have tried to contact via email but without any reply”

“The part was fine but what a shame that the opportunity to visit a shop/showroom, talk to experienced staff, browse through brochures and maybe meet other VW enthusiasts is no longer there. Progress eh?”
