I ordered a floor pan section for my Ghia made by HD and was disappointed when the part came and the gauge was thinner than the original.

Parts were great but shipping to the USA was ridiculous. I have ordered many things from the UK and nothing was this expensive. I ordered a few ounces of small plastic parts that could have fit in an envelope for less than $15 Royal Mail but was $45 and in a box.

The item is great but the communication is not clear from the start of the process not clearly specified that the collection i.e department is closed so u have to order it online before collection from yourselves

Works fine but not being able to talk to the sale team puts me off using them. Ordering online is okay if you can find what you need but if you're unsure or need advice then now look elsewhere

I didn't have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the radio antenna but the biggest criticism is the delivery part because it doesn't have a tracking code and I don't know the condition of my order!!!

Hi, I am replying to the email you sent titled, How did we do?, Tell us about your recent purchase, Your opinion matters to us. I would not normally reply to these types of emails but in this instance, I thought I should. I bought a pair of rear brake drums 5 x 130 on 23rd October cost £289.44, it arrived on the 26th, no problems with this order. On the 31st of October, I ordered a single SSP Fooks Alloy Wheel Black and Polished 4.5x15'', 5x130. Cost £138.95. On Friday 4th November, I sent you a message asking where the item was. I was told, “it is currently in the warehouse being prepped for dispatch.” It was delivered on Wednesday 9th November, to my house, NOT a neighbour as the email/text from, yourdelivery@dpd.co.uk Got the item, Happy, I thought, until I received the emails from you below. On the 18th of November, you sent me an email titled, Black Friday Offers Coming Soon. On the 19th of November, you sent me an email titled, SURPRISE! Black Friday Sale Starts Now. So, for the next three days only we are offering all our lovely email subscribers 20% OFF site wide*. Simply use code: BFUK20 On the 24th of November, you sent me an email titled, 20% OFF SSP Wheels. If I had waited one month I would have saved around £70 on these two orders. Regarding the review of the parts. They are very good quality. You may need to get better quality boxes for heavy items like brake drums etc, the box was split at the bottom. I would like to point out that you cannot fit the centre cap of the Porsche Fuchs wheel after fitting the 5x130 rear brake drums; you will need to fit spacers. Regarding The SSP Fooks Black and polished wheel, I would say that the polished finish is not as high a polished finish as the fully polished wheels. I would like a reply regarding this Black Friday saving. Regards, Steve

Good, but you sent the completely wrong parts and I didn't get the correct parts until I sent back the one you sent me that was wrong.

Unfortunately, whilst the relay I ordered was for the intermittent wipers on my 993 it didn't work properly. It wouldn't allow for the speed of the intermittent wipers to be altered.

Your prices for Parts are to high. And the transportation costs from the storage in Germany are also to expensive.

The bits turned up about 5 months after i ordered them. Forgot I had and had a ready got them off another site. Shame you no longer have the shop that you can actually come along and ask over the counter.

Need one only place to get one. Won’t use again as internet only no phone service anymore which I needed as not good on a computer. So this was my last order with heratige shame I’ve used them a lot in past

you sand the package with tnt carrier and they charge lme 50 pounds to realise it from the custom altho i make sure i was on the limit from the 50 pound they charge me only 7 pounds was tax the rest was for them reap off i dont thing i will order from you because of your shipping company if i will have the option for regular shipping with post office i will order on of the part that i installed was low quality and dont fit good

Search facility on the website still needs considerable improvement and refinement. As a trade customer time is important to me and it takes too long to find anything. Last week I lost a day I ordering due to a pop up 'log in error' message in the evening and the next morning the part number wouldn't even bring up what was required. Everyone I know who uses Heritage has the same complaint. As an example of refinement of the website I had some Wolfsburg West torsion bar bushes from a customer, which were actually Vibrasil ones, which you sell for less than half the price.

Parts are there but along with other suppliers, you no longer take calls. I generally wish to discuss and did on this occasion. I spoke to a supplier who would take my call for the information I needed. Then you were the only current stockists.
