Very satisfied with the parts I received but some were missing unfortunately (replacement bolts for the rear bumper). I've never received any answer about that.

Not as good as it was, having a front shop meant you would impulse buy, your online catalogue is absolutely infuriating! Very difficult to find what you want difficult to narrow down your search without being returned to the beginning. Very sad

Not great a bit too automated, had ordered parts and found they don’t fit and or had the same part as part of another part. Returning items is expensive ! Sometimes more than the cost of the part. It used to be much better when talking to a person, but I’m getting old and such is life .

I ordered a VW Golf MK1 rear wheel arch repair section. I made a point of emailing the company to make sure it was a stock item and delivery would be within a few days. After ordering the part and a several weeks later when it had not been delivered I contacted Heritage parts centre to find out what the delay was. They told me the wheel arch repair sections were on order and they hope to receive them by the 10th July. Ths will be over a month from when I ordered the part. Very inconveniant for me and my customer as the car has now been sat in my workshop taking up space. I have ordered parts from the company before nd not had a problem and the parts are of good quality.

Package arrived damaged with one brake pad chipped. Asked for replacement but told none available, so had to buy elsewhere. Customer service zero. Slow email response as no phone number available.

Part quality is good, price is average and generally I am happy with the purchase, with one exception, the amount of time it takes to arrive (10 days this time). I am paying a premium service for this. I ordered a classic car part based in the UK last week on Tuesday, the postage was at cost and it was down Thursday. The part was bigger and heavier than most of my Heritage purchases. I don't expect it to be that quick always but there is little excuse for a week or more and I am paying an excessive amount for this.

It would make it so much easier if you could actually talk to someone instead of being ‘online’ It only slows up the process.

I'm sure the Speedo Drive Gear would have been perfect.... but something happened in the post between VW Heritage and Royal Mail, so I only got delivered an empty envelope :-(

The Service is good but the site rejects any transactions through my credit card. So I had to ask my brother overseas to pay for the purchases. The site should resolve this issue please Regards Ali
