“I’ disappointed as I bought a part which was in stock by the moment when I made the purchase but I haven’t still have it because it was sold out. If I would known this before I made the order, I would have bought the part from somewhere else, where it would be in stock for free. This sucks to wait for the part and you don’t even have a due date for the part to be restocked.”

“Our part arrived in tact and in a Jiffy bag. The only thing that bugged me was the cost of the postage which was £20. I live on the Isle of Man but we use Royal Mail and if I’d sent the same part from here special delivery it wouldn’t have cost as much.”

“Some of the images are either not posted or are uncertain about what they represent. Just giving my feedback on my recent shop today. As an example, your voltage regulators for early MK1 Golf show a used part, with no brushes in it. Are brushes included? On ir cleaners for early VW Golf mk1, there are larger ones and the smaller versions about half the size ones we use in Australia are similar to the shallow GTi version. It's very difficult to pick the right one in the absence of a part number. Maybe you could include an image of the various air cleaners the same unit is fitted or maybe it would help to also include the basic dimensions so if the customer has an example the size will be a good indicator of the correct one, or even interchangeablity. I have tried to do my homework and order a couple I hope are correct. Fingers crossed. Also, how come I can order something in the order of 15 kilos over $250 and not get charged postage? Yet something slightly larger like a pair of front floor halves plus a few other parts valued at $250 plus and get a mandated fixed charge of $333 odd dollars. Do you offer a pro-rata rate for shipping on the larger but lighter parts? I'm not bitching or anything like that, just giving what I hope is constructive criticism.”

“This may not be your fault. The VW gas tank cap (60 mm) that I ordered did not work on my gas tank stem. It would not close over the top of the gas tank stem.”
