“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish and the refund of my postage costs when the courier failed to deliver next day after paying extra postage for next day delivery. That is something that stands you above other companies.”

“Funny that I received an email asking for a review before I even received the product. I placed and fully paid for my order on April 27, and I still don’t even know if the package has been shipped or not. Very poor communication and disappointing experience so far.”

“Good service yes - but for a small postable item I needed quickly - having to send a reminder email 4 days later asking where it is and ( I didn’t receive my shipping email ) isn’t that good is it ?”

Hi James, sorry for any misunderstanding here but our team do not work weekends. I can see your request for return was made on Saturday 16th May and our team replied at 10am on Monday 18th May when they were back in the office.

“The parts are great n fit well ! Delivery also good ! My only suggestion would be to sell the pipes separately too as buy a full set if you only have a few really bad hoses to replace is rather costly ? But yerrr im happy with it all !”

“Panel is ok, break lines aren't as crisp as the stock lines and there are waves in areas that are flat on a stock car, but there aren't other options so here we are. What was really surpising was how terribly it was packaged! DHL had to tape a section back up because the panel had ripped right through the cardboard. NO foam, NO inner cardboard, I think there was some brown paper. Needless to say their shipping department needs a slap to the side of the head. Ended up with a substandard part that is bent at the bottom, but there isn't competition so that's how it goes.”
