“Fantastic service,and very quick postage,the chap who fitted the carbs,did mention he had to drill and tap some of the parts,to make fit,he did seem a bit grumpy about it ,but works fine from my point of view,”

“Prices are good. Only thing that lets it down is delivery a bit slow. Be better if they used DPD or similar as standard.”

Ciao a tutti vedo che il suo ordine è stato effettuato il 18.3.24 e spedito da noi il 19.3.24. Vedo anche che è stato consegnato da DHL il 22.3.24, abbiamo la conferma della spedizione qui. La preghiamo di contattarci tramite help@heritagepartscentre.com se non ha ricevuto il suo ordine.

Hi Donald, sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I have checked through our customer service emails and our order system and can see that you placed and confirmed your order on 9th March, then contacted us on 12th to complain about the shipping cost, by which time sadly the order had already been shipped. My colleagues informed you that the order had already been dispatched to which you said you would refuse delivery. We have not heard from you since that about the part not fitting; please do reach out to us via help@heritagepartscentre.com with more detail and we can look to get a replacement part to you if the part sent is incorrect for your vehicle.

“Love the business and what it stocks BUT... I don't like the new look stand at the Volksworld show in Esher. The stand looks too sterile and should go back to the older days where parts were brought OR at least have a display stand on various parts that can be referred otherwise the stand is too boring at that show ...especially compared to some others.”
