Didn't receive as miss advertised 2wks back order ended up due feb 2024 so canceled. Missed out on BF20% discount on my replacement perchase of a scat c25, gear & bolts instead.

Ordered wrong part, which was my fault, but trying to get through to them is a nightmare. They wont answer their phones and only accept emails. Emailed them and no response. Tried a few times and nothing. So brought the part from another supplier whom answered there phone calls. For that reason he service is rubbish.

Item I purchased as advartised in the website was not the item I received. It was a cheap OEM part from JP Morgan. I will not be shopping from Heritage Parts Centre again.

Purtroppo non è andata bene. Nella descrizione sembrava parlare del logo frontale della Polo anno 1991-1995, ma era quello posteriore...inutile per me

Pedí 2 unidades de disco alineación trasero porque pone en la descripción que es una pareja . Por lo que yo esperaba que hubieran 4 discos pero solo llegaron 2. Reclame y me contestaron que ya pone en la descripción que se han de comprar de 2 en 2. Lo he mirado y en inglés no pone nada de eso y al traducir la descripción al español pone PAREJA. En resumen me siento estafado.

Paid £9 next day only to get wrong part, was told that the part would do. If I wanted would do I could've got the part local for half the price and no post. Sick Turpin wore a mask. .Andy O'Neill done loads of classic beetle engines and won't be using heritage again. Thanks for nothing

Hi there, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. I can see that our team clarified the issue that only affects pre'67 Australian supplied Beetle side windows, advised as to the correct product and also offered a partial refund to help the cost of return. I am sorry we could not help further.

I ordered a clutch kit .. the website said 2/3 weeks for delivery .. today is 1 month later and after contacting them they say 2 more months at best .. I originally asked a question regarding the suitability of the part but no reply .. JUST A BIG COMPANY THAT HASN'T THE HUMAN TOUCH

Purchased a muffler and tailpipe that the site said would fit my Vanagon. Paid $95 to ship it. It did not fit. Now I'm expected to pay to ship it back. Close to $200 total in shipping that is not refundable to me when the fault lies with Heritage. The part is $224. They should pay to ship back and refund my total expenditure. Anything else is poor customer service.

Hi there We are sorry to hear your exhaust did not fit. I can see a request to return the item here, our terms state that we will cover the cost of returned items if they are faulty, but not if mis-ordered. Please reach out to us at help@heritagepartscentre.com so we can check this for you. The item you ordered should fit a Type 2 Bay window 1972-1979 or T25 Vanagon 1980-1985 if the engine is 1700cc - 2000cc aircooled.

Hi Suzanne I am sorry to hear of your disappointment, however I can see that our customer service team replied to your enquiry on the day of your order and offered to cancel the order. They also replied to your follow up enquiry a week before we said the item would be in back in stock, where they offered to cancel the item, refund you, and also offered a discount code as an apology. We have not heard back from that email, but are still willing to honour our offer to cancel and refund you.
