The panel itself was good I was happy with the shape etc felt it was good value. Heritage were a disaster of a company I've bought three orders off them and two of them were over a week late there's no way to contact them they send you an automated email which just ends up wasting another day of your time I will not be using them again very very disappointing service from a big company

Hi Paul Thank you for your feedback. As part of our efforts to improve we review our ratings platform and I have investigated this matter. I can see that your order was dispatched 2 working days after placing it. This was due to a backlog resulting from the then recent public holidays, I am sorry. I also looked at your previous orders and would like to remind you that next day orders placed after the cut off time are treated as being ordered the following working day. Apologies for your experience.

Well, we have a hard time getting parts for our 1970 1200cc engine Volkswagen. We are still waiting for a manifold. It sometimes takes 3 weeks to get parts. It's our only car. You advertise California Style VW. Good luck to anyone who tries to get parts to change the look of their car. If we had a faster shipping company and one with more inventory we would be using them. You are our only option.

I can see that your order was sent out within 3 days of purchase and my colleagues replied to you within 24 hours of purchase to give you tracking information. There was a 24 hour delay with our couriers picking up items on that day, we do apologize. 2 star review. Not because the panel didn’t fit, it’s for the shipping cost. Outrageous for a piece that small. Says large item. Will not order from again

Hi Aaron I am sorry to hear this, and also sorry that shipping costs were high. The goods are sent from our warehouse in the UK to US customers and shipping costs are governed not by us, but our courier partners. We are constantly striving to find cheaper shipping solutions for our US customers, sorry we couldn't help on this occasion. You can always email us at help@heritagepartscentre.com to ask us if there is a cheaper way of shipping, sometimes on larger orders it can be possible to try another provider for you that will be slower but cheaper.

I pointed out an order problem for parts intended for a VW type 3, they answered with details for a VW type 2 and suggested a bolt where I asked for a nut to mount the battery retaining bar. There is a difference but frankly I cannot get in touch to clarify their mistake.

I regret to say that my order could not be taken over the phone, it is so difficult for me to order on line , I had no choice but telephone Justkampers for my parts which was done all over the telephone. I am 71 years old and not having good knowledge working online. However, I will still order from Heritage when I can get help. Please consider having a telephone order line I feel there is more people like me who have this problem. Kind regards Mo

In the past I was able to contact you by phone as I’m not a computer person and the advice I got over the phone was first class , no when I order parts they don’t fit please go back to the phone instead of emails and I will buy again.🤞

I was disappointed when the kit arrived as the kit is very heavy increasing the unsprung weight, the 2 boxes were taped together making it too heavy to handle safely. Also if the two boxes were sent separately I would have been below the $1000AU extra Taxes This disc brake kit did cost me an extra$400 because the two boxes were not sent separately.

I must say that the "original parts" for VW T3 were not so original. They were even 2cm bigger so we had to cut them into pieces and weld them together. Also the quality of a new part vs an old one is massive. I'm a bit disappointed.

The firewall kit is really poor value for money and didn't fit well. When I asked in the Q&A if there are any instructions for fitting. I was told to YouTube it! No videos available on YouTube to my disappointment.

After three weeks waiting for the product I needed two times an email to get a useful feedback regarding the shipment. The shipment was for gotten in your house. Then after two days I got it.

Sad. I use several suppliers, but Heritage were getting more and more of my business. However, after parts we needed urgently (and paid for) didn't arrive, we had an email to say that they'd been returned to them undelivered. This of course may be out of their control. No explanation, despite asking, as we are a business that has its workshop doors open all day, and are quite easy to find. AND no phone number, even for trade customers, so I had to order elsewhere as we hadn't had a reply to an email.
