“Great quality and good prices. Quick delivery and good service. The only negative I would say is that you used to be able to chat direclty to staff with any enquiries, now it's all online/via email only which really isn't ideal. We had questions about a particular product that, speaking to somebody in person, woud have been resolved in 10 minutes maximum. Instead, it was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, checking emails and replying etc. and ended up taking 2 days extra to actually place the order. The customer service itself is, and always has been, excellent, but taking away the facility to speak to somebody really does let down the company and experience overall.”

“Top service. Heritage are the most reliable and comprehensive service and their turnaround is really good too. I don’t think they have not been able to provide any of the parts I’ve needed at all, for VW T25/Golf Mk3 Gti I’ve required”

I have searched our coms channels and cannot find any messages from you alerting us to this issue - please drop us a line via help@heritagepartscentre.com and one of our team will look into the issue and if needs be refund your express delivery charge. I am sorry for the couriers failure on this occasion.
