“Ordered a few parts which the site Said was in stock, and my order confirmation did not state that parts were on back order, when the item was not delivered with the other parts I contacted Heritage and received a mail saying not in stock as stated on the website with a screen shot. Disappointed but normally service is top notch. I am a Swedish customer”

On the shipping yes On the shipping fee not so much * I had a message saying that if I spent more than 190 plus dollars the shipping was free So I got to shopping, to realize that the offer was gone the minute I try to check out. Probably something you should check out Because, It doesn't feel honest 😕”

“Da meine Bestellung überraschenderweise mehere Wochen Lieferfrist hatte habe ich per email storniert und dafür von Will Collett auch eine Bestätigung bekommen. Danach bekam ich überraschenderweise die Mitteiliung, daß meine Lieferung unterwegs seie. Will hat sich per email entschuldigt und gebeten, daß ich die Sendung kostenfrei für mich zurückschicke. Die Lieferung macht aber seit dem 5.6. keine Fortschritte siehe Sendungsnummber von DPD: 01287063181527.”
