“In the same delivery the fan shroud end was dented in. No damage to the packaging so can only presume it was packed like that. It's the strongest part of the unit so not sure how it could have happened. Both items supplied by heritage were damaged on delivery on this occasion.”

“Ordered a few parts which the site Said was in stock, and my order confirmation did not state that parts were on back order, when the item was not delivered with the other parts I contacted Heritage and received a mail saying not in stock as stated on the website with a screen shot. Disappointed but normally service is top notch. I am a Swedish customer”
