“Parts were shipped timely and their condition was fine. Unfortunately, Heritage would not provide any info on what typical import/tariff taxes would be due. They indicated the country of origin was on the web page, which it was not. Not much happiness with product cost. Paid two tariffs at 50%; China and UK. They purposely withhold information which would be used to accurately compare products from different vendors. Bottom line; if you can't get good info from vendors from different countries move on to another vendor. Only the vendor knows where their products are made and the excuse that they don't know anything about tariffs if bull. I'm moving on.”

Hi James, I am sorry for any misunderstanding here. I have checked the various email chains regarding your order and I can confirm that we are a UK based company, this is clearly marked on the contact us page of our website and is referred to throughout the order confirmation process. I can also confirm that all our products do carry the COI information so that customers can be aware of likely duties. We do not purposely withhold any relevant information, it is all there on the website. At no point in any of the emails I have read do we purposely withhold any information. We do not give customs and duties information because, whilst the import tariff cost might be fixed, local taxes and courier handling fees vary considerably from provider to provider and state to state in the US. We are working on finding an automation to help us with this information.

“90% of the parts were great had some difficulty with the front indicators as had to combine old with new parts to make work as the bulb’s receiver didn’t except the bulbs without forcing them. Other than that 10 out of 10 👍”
