“Hello. The straight answer to your question is that you did well! But; I am still awaiting that you can offer a newly produced MFD LCD display for Golf GTI Mk1 1983-84 and more car models. The one missing or hard to find is the 18-pin LCD, originally produced by "Motronic" or VDO. There is an 11-pin one in your storage that does not fit several car models from these years. “Hi - I have bought quite a bit from VW Heritage over the years. I am based in New Zealand, which sometimes makes shipping a prohibitive cost. Sometimes however you have good deals with free shipping over certain $ value. Its seems however hit and miss. Can you tell me what the thresholds are? FYI it also seems to be cheaper to buy from the uk than Australia. I waste so much time flicking between the two sites to see which shipping is reasonable and who has stock so it would be good to get an actual idea of what the thresholds are. Thank you. Great service.”

“Heritage Parts Centre has always been a good source of parts for my cars over the years and for that I am grateful. I do however wish to say that I am really disappointed that the telephone service is no longer available. It was so valuable to be able to talk to someone and get instant answers and advice. Doing everything by email is nowhere near as good and just wastes time waiting for a response. In addition, if the response doesn't answer my question, or indeed raises further questions, then more emails have to be sent and more time is wasted which is frustrating.”
