“Heritage Parts Centre has always been a good source of parts for my cars over the years and for that I am grateful. I do however wish to say that I am really disappointed that the telephone service is no longer available. It was so valuable to be able to talk to someone and get instant answers and advice. Doing everything by email is nowhere near as good and just wastes time waiting for a response. In addition, if the response doesn't answer my question, or indeed raises further questions, then more emails have to be sent and more time is wasted which is frustrating.”

“Pity I can't get everything i need from Heritage for my Porsche 944 , because their prices , service and delivery are really good . Recently i've bought a hub oilseal and an air filter both of which arrived very promptly , well packaged and at competitive prices.”

“Happy with parts, Happy with customer service, (they know there stuff) Fairly priced I live in Jersey Ci postage is pretty good aprox 1 week to arrive We don't pay VAT here so shame that it's added on anyway Overall really good”

“No complaint at all about this simple on line order - could not have been better. My reason for not dealing with you in future for all my VW requiremements is the inability to talk to anyone on the telephone. Sometimes having to wait 24 hrs for an ambiguous reply is simply not good enough. Your staff used to be so helpful for problem enquiries and it is a major irritation to have that facility withdrawn”
